i am not perfect by any means. nor do i want to be. i am very simple. i love to talk. i always connect people or moments to songs. i cry very easily. my hands and feet are always freezingly cold. i have an absolutely amazing family. i am a mom and unconditional love totally blows my mind. i am one of four in the best square ever. i am extremely patient and understanding. i make up my own words - but they make sense to me! i am a very lucky girl - the love of my life is also my best friend. i try very hard to be optimistic all of the time. and i believe some of the best things in my life are waiting. just around the corner. The Beatles are my all time favorites. I love ska but especially the Specials. Songs from when I was little that my mom and dad listened to - 60s, 70s, early 80s. Bob Seger, Billy Joel, Grateful Dead, Queen, Fleetwood Mac to name some. Green Day is a family favorite. Still love Social Distortion (hello ~ Mike Ness), Murphy's Law, Bosstones, Jane's Addiction, Misfits, Minor Threat, Beastie Boys, B-52s - and all the other fun high school shtuff. Sometimes I break out Slayer or Pantera. I was on a Danzig kick for a while in the car. Duran Duran, Madonna, Prince, the Cure. Stray Cats. I think Faith Hill has a beautiful voice - and her hubby ain't bad to look at. Bob Marley is just awesome. Ben Harper. Ben Harper. Did I mention Ben Harper? :) VOLBEAT! I haven't been this excited about a band in awhile! Kings of Leon, the Jackson 5, ELO. B-96 (Chicago) is a programmed button in my car. My CD collection is just crazy - I love all kinds of music. When I was little I used to think that everyone's dad played the guitar and their families just sat around and sang together! My list of music could go on and on.
