I'm a Colombian mechanical engineer, who is proud to say is the first woman supervisor hired in a Company that used to think that women wasn't able to do men's work, but things have changed and all that "male supremacy" is changing, and I'm part of that. I'm not a feminist or anything like that, but in this country we are still living in the 18thCentury where women weren't allow to do anything or even express themselves.
