Born and raised in the O.C. Started cello when I was 9 years old. Grew up loving the beach and beach volleyball. Went from volleyball to water polo to swimming through high school. I enjoyed water polo the most. It's very aggressive and I love to show my strength in the water. Continued to play volleyball at Saddleback Junior College. Starting teaching a few private students once I was out of high school. Worked at Golden Spoon for a year or so. Ate the cookie dough and tons of frozen yogurt. Decided I should try to be a little more serious with cello and go to a 4 year college. Decided to go to Chapman University. Had some good times and some bad times. Learned about so much more than music. Met the man of my dreams, married him! Started to put more time into teaching cello. Fell in love with teaching. Currently learning more and more about myself every day. My limits, my strengths, my weaknesses, my humor, my knowledge or the lack thereof. There is so much more to do, to see, to learn about life.
