I work for hire in Los Angeles as a Photographer for Movies, Magazines, and Television. I have been a Director and Editor for many programs over the years you might have seen me listed in the credits. The name Red Ezra is mostly known for adult erotica, music videos, beauty, glamour, & rock-n-roll photography. The name Red Ezra was a nickname given to me by the late Guitarist Dimebag Darrell Abbott of Pantera/Damageplan fame. We became close friends working together on various video projects. Dime encouraged me to pursue a career in Video and I grew my beard out as a tribute to his memory. Adult Movies I started out working in porn editing shows for many "name" Directors. I finally decided i could do at least as good as they were and started making movies for various companies. I am a jack-of-all-trades kind of guy...so I had my hand on every aspect of the show including the writing, art direction, producing, directing, editing, etc. I am proud of the shows I did even though some left a lot to desire - haha. - after all, it's porn - so - I compromised a lot on what I could really do vs. what I could afford to do for the budget. I accomplished a lot doing period pieces and such, much more than your average porno flick. Photography is my passion. I enjoy the process creating unique settings or shooting on location. My style involves a lot of dramatic lighting techniques so I prefer to shoot controlled lighting studio situations. I am currently working on a new website and a couple of different narrative book projects. One day you might be able to buy a coffee table book featuring my work for your collection. I love live performances and try to see as many shows as I can. These days it's soooo expensive it really makes it hard to do as many as I want but at least once a month I've got good seats to a sold out show somewhere. I've been into various types of music over the years including dance and techno when I was a DJ back in College, Metal and Hard Rock in High School. Since I'm from Texas I enjoy Country but usually only when I'm driving long distances - HaHa.
