My life consists of singing, songwriting, playing guitar, being a jelly brain/goof ball/nutcase/clown... being entertaining, making people laugh, meeting new people, spending time with my close friends, self discovery, rock climbing, abseiling (doing and instructing of), bungee jumping, cycling, walking, Tae Bo, Yoga, Pilates, working out to metal!!!

Things that make me...=o) Good rock music, playing music, having a song that started off in my head become something even more beautiful in reality, how a song can lift my mood and make my heart sing or move me in a way that brings a tear to my eye. Dancing like a loony! Things that make me look taller than I am whilst remembering that good things come in small packages. The giving and receiving of a good massage. Using my punch bag. Good quality chocolate. Cooking real food with fresh ingredients. Having someone Cook for me that cares about food just as much as you. Lazy days in bed just watching movies with lots of cuddles. Walking through the forest - rain or shine. The sound of raindrops as you drift off to sleep... soooo soothing. Being around my family, especially the kiddies! The way that children see the world so innocently is so beautiful... I wish we could all still do that. Romance... passion... people that use cheesy excuses to lean in for a kiss, Anthony Robbins - this man helped me and millions of other people, he inspires me. Comedy, whether it be stand-up, a film or via the people in my life.... mass silliness. Pampering sessions, soaks in the bath... being able to run around naked in your home... (erm, can't really do that one at the moment ;oP) Being confident with your own body and sexuality. People that have self respect and look after themselves.
